Remembering You
Upon this day I reminisce
with much sadness and regret.
The loss of my beloved
brother and close friend.

It's been three years of longing
wishing you'd return to me.
For though you left three years ago
I cannot set you free.

Emotions, they are raw today
I'm simply torn apart.
For hollow, wrenching feelings
tear apart this very heart.

An emptiness, that's deeper than
the oceans fill my soul.
A painful hunger bites my
inner self beyond control.

I see you as I turn each step
I watch for you each day.
Little brother, I miss you so
much more than words can say.

I'm thankful for the times we shared
and the priceless memories too.
For those memories are a comfort now when I lovingly ~
Remember You.

Go Blue!
Your brother forever,
Eric

Three Years

Wow, I can't say it enough, it is hard to believe it has been three years already. The pain has not gone away, nor has Jason's presence. I still constantly think of him, sometimes with a tear, sometimes with a laugh. He will never be forgotten and we will get justice for both victims. Love and miss you more than ever little brother. Go Blue!

Two Years, Eleven Months

It's hard to believe it is quickly approaching three years since we last saw you. You will be heavy in our thoughts this week as the Michigan vs. Penn State game approaches. I know this was one event you looked forward to every year. It is always a hard day because I have so many great memories of those game days. Love and miss you more than ever little brother. Go Blue!!

Two Years, Ten Months

Thought of Jason a lot on Saturday as I watched the Michigan game with my younger brother Corey. It reminded me a lot of how Jason and I use to watch every game together. It's been a long time since I've done that. Love and miss you little bro. Go Blue!

Two Years, Nine Months

This is a tough part of the year without Jason. He lived for football season. We started our usual fantasy football leagues and it stirs up so many great memories of Jason. He had great wit and could come up with some great comments that would have everybody laughing. The fantasy message boards and chat rooms are definitely not the same without Jason around. Ocho-Uno lives forever! Love and miss you little bro! Go Blue!!

Happy 36th Birthday Jason!

No cake or candles here today
Or presents for you to open
Just love from friends who want to say
Happy Birthday, and that we're hoping
Somehow you can see and know
That we have not forgotten you
That we still remember, even though
You've departed from our view
And if you see us here below
And wonder why we care
It's just because we want to show
That a part of you is still here
You live within each memory's heart
And so you remain, though we're apart

Love and miss you little brother. Go Blue!!
